Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili peppers and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly cooked.
In a small bowl, whisk together water, soy sauce, and sugar until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet and stir well.
Add chopped Thai basil leaves to the skillet and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the basil is wilted.
Season with salt to taste.
