Boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
200 gms (200g)
Rice bran oil

Red Onion

Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili peppers and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
In a small bowl, whisk together water, soy sauce until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet and stir well.
Add chopped Thai basil leaves to the skillet and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until the basil is wilted.
