Cut the tofu into cubes
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the vegan curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
Add the tofu cubes and mix well, ensuring the tofu is coated in the marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Brush a baking sheet with oil and place the tofu cubes on it.
Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden brown.
Serve hot.
