Step 1: To begin making the Taiwanese Style Gua Bao Recipe - Steamed Bao Buns With Sweet And Spicy Mushroom & Tofu Recipe bloom the yeast in lukewarm water along with sugar
Step 2: Then add the yeast mixture into the dry ingredients like the whole wheat flour and the all purpose flour and knead it with the help of lukewarm water into a soft dough
