Jaggery, cane
2 tbsp (30g)
Tamarind Paste
1 tbsp (15g)
Cumin Powder
0.5 tsp (1g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Red chilli Powder
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a blender, grind the roasted peanuts to a coarse powder.
Add the jaggery, tamarind paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Blend again.
Add water, a little at a time, and blend until you get a smooth chutney of a pouring consistency.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and serve.
