Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to create a marinade.
Add the Surmai/king fish to the marinade and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Thread the marinated fish onto skewers and brush them with vegetable oil.
Place the skewers on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through and slightly charred.
