Step 1: To prepare Suran Moongphali Curry Recipe, take a heavy bottomed pan and heat the oil

Step 4: Add ground peanuts, black salt, sugar and turmeric powder to the suran and mix well

Step 5: Add 1 cup of water to the suran curry, cover it and let it cook for 5 to 10 mins
