Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, water, and salt. Mix well and let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add chopped capsicum, carrot, tomato, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables become soft.
Add the sautéed vegetables to the semolina batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a circular shape.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until it turns golden brown.
Flip the wrap and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
