Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the suji and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a few drops of oil and spread it evenly.
Pour the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin cheela.
Cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
Flip the cheela and cook until the other side is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
