Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin the preparation of Sugar Free Pineapple Dates Cake, make sure you are ready with chopped pineapples and seedless dates along with other ingredients
Step 2: Pick a kadai and boil the dates with chopped pineapples in a cup of water for 5 minutes on medium flame
Step 3: Switch off the flame and add salted butter
Step 4: Let the mixture cool down completely
Step 5: Once cooled, add the mix to mixer grinder and make a fine puree
Step 6: In a big mixing bowl, beat the eggs with an electric beater on high for about 2 minutes
Step 7: Add vanilla essence and fold in
Step 8: Sift flour and baking soda in egg mixture bit by bit and intermittently mixing with a spatula
Step 9: Add in the prepared pineapple dates puree and mix well with the spatula
Step 10: Make sure that there are no lumps
Step 11: Mix in raisins in this batter
Step 12: Grease a loaf pan with oil and pour this batter in it
Step 13: Bake at 375 degree Fahrenheit preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes
Step 14: (Baking time may vary upon individual oven)
Step 15: Check if the cake is done with the help of a toothpick
Step 16: If it comes out clean after inserting in the middle of the cake, that means your cake is done, else, keep it for a longer period of time
Step 17: This cake takes comparatively little longer to bake than cakes without fruits in its ingredients
Step 18: Remove and keep it on the cooling rack for 15 minutes or until cooled to room temperature
