Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Strawberry Raita, we will first rinse the strawberries in water
Step 2: Remove the green stem on top and finely chop the strawberries
Step 3: Set aside in a bowl until required
Step 4: In a large bowl; add the yogurt, sugar, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder and whisk well until soft and fluffy and there are no lumps
Step 5: Once the yogurt is whisked well, stir in the chopped onion, green chillies, coriander, and strawberries
Step 6: Once strawberries are added, you will notice the color of the yogurt will start changing giving it a delicious pink color
Step 7: Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste
Step 8: Garnish the Raita with strawberry slices just before serving
Step 9: Serve Strawberry Raita along with Paneer Tikka Masala and Pudina Tawa Paratha for a weekday lunch or dinner
