Preparation
You can choose to buy chicken sausages from market or can prepare it at home.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, black
pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme,
rosemary, sage, marjoram, basil, coriander, and red chili
flakes. Mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least
1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
