Plain Water

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Peel and chop the apple into small pieces.
Place the chopped apple and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let the apple simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until it becomes soft and tender.
Once the apple is cooked, let it cool down to room temperature.
Transfer the cooked apple to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
If the puree is too thick, you can add a little water to thin it out.
Serve the stewed apple immediately.
