Instructions
Preparation
Rinse and steam the sprouts in a steamer.
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine cooked brown rice, steamed mixed sprouts, chopped cucumber, onion and fresh coriander leaves.
Pour lemon juice over the salad. Mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well again.
Serve the salad chilled or at room temperature.
