-Cut fish into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Mix well to form a smooth paste.
Apply the spice paste to the fish pieces, making sure that they are coated evenly on both sides.
Cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
