Cooking Steps
Steam broccoli: In a steamer or pot with a steaming basket, steam the broccoli florets for 5-7 minutes until tender but still slightly crunchy.
Lightly steam the paneer cubes: Add the paneer cubes to the steamer and steam for 2-3 minutes, just enough to warm them without losing their texture.
In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, and paneer.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Add salt, black pepper. Toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Garnish with chopped parsley leaves and serve warm.
