Instructions
Preparation
For Tomato Salsa-
In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, finely chopped green chilies, and chopped fresh cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt to the bowl and mix well.
Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed sprouts, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chili.
Add lemon juice, salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve immediately.
