Whole Green Moong dal (Sprouted)
1 small cup (100g)
Dry Couscous
2 tbsp (18g)
Plain Water
50 ml (50g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Cumin Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Coriander Powder
1 tsp (2g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the sprouts and drain any excess water.
In a blender or food processor, blend the sprouts and water until smooth.
In a bowl, mix the couscous, salt, cumin powder, and coriander powder.
Add the sprouts mixture to the couscous mixture and mix well. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the liquid.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the center of the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is also golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
