Turmeric powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a blender, grind the sprouted Green moong dal to a coarse paste. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
Add chopped tomato, green bell pepper, green chilies, turmeric powder, and salt to the mixing bowl. Mix well.
Add water gradually to the mixture until it reaches a pouring consistency. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Add a few drops of oil and spread it evenly.
Pour a ladleful of the batter on the tawa and spread it evenly in a circular motion to form a thin pancake or cheela.
Cook until the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until it turns golden brown as well.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
