Instructions
Preparation
Roasting Garlic:
- Peel garlic cloves and lightly coat with olive oil. Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden and softened.
Roasting Tomatoes:
- Coat cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Roast in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15-20 minutes until slightly charred and soft.
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sprouts, roasted garlic (roughly chopped), and roasted tomatoes.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
