Sprouted Ragi Powder
Sprouted ragi powder is a highly nutritious food product made from finger millet (ragi) grains that are sprouted, dried, and ground into a fine powder. Sprouting enhances the nutritional profile of ragi by increasing its bioavailability of nutrients, such as calcium, iron, and essential amino acids. It is particularly rich in dietary fiber, making it excellent for digestion and maintaining healthy blood sugar levels. Sprouted ragi powder is often used in porridges, baked goods, smoothies.
