Warm Water
0.25 small cup (50g)

Cooking Steps
Take the sprouted ragi flour in a bowl.
Gradually add warm water to the flour, mixing it with a spoon or spatula, to form a soft, pliable dough. Allow the dough to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll into balls.
Dust a clean surface with a little ragi flour. Roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat.
Place the rolled roti on the heated pan. Cook one side for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes. Flip again and press gently with a clean cloth or spatula until cooked through.
