Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make sprouted moong and onion pakoras, first prepare sari material
Step 2: Take a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, sprouted moong, onion, coriander, green chillies, ginger, coriander powder, lemon juice, garam masala, salt, red chili powder
Step 3: Add some water and mix well
Step 4: Take care that there are no lumps in the solution
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan
Step 6: When the oil is hot, make pakoras from the batter and cook till it turns golden
Step 7: After cooking, remove it on the kitchen towel to remove excess oil
Step 8: Serve hot
Step 9: Serve sprouted moong and onion pakoras with masala tea and coriander mint chutney for an evening snack
