Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the crumbled cottage cheese and chopped spinach. Cook for a few minutes until the spinach wilts and the cottage cheese is heated through.
Warm the whole wheat tortillas or wraps on a separate pan.
Place a portion of the spinach and cottage cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas to form wraps.
Heat a pan with a little oil and toast the wraps on both sides until golden brown.
