Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make the spinach coriander dosa recipe, first put the soaked urad dal in a mixer grinder and grind it
Step 2: Add some water and make a paste
Step 3: Take it out separately
Step 4: Now put rice in a mixer grinder with water, grind it and make batter
Step 5: Take care not to add too much water
Step 6: Now mix urad dal batter and rice batter, add salt and keep it aside for 12 hours
Step 7: Now put the spinach and coriander in a mixer grinder and grind it into a paste
Step 8: Keep it aside
Step 9: Now add water and make a thick batter
Step 10: Take care not to add too much water and make it thin
Step 11: Mix and keep aside
Step 12: Now heat a griddle
Step 13: Pour some oil over it and poach it with a tissue
Step 14: After the tava is hot, add a tablespoon of dosa mixture and spread it from the middle to the outside
Step 15: Make a dosa of round shape
Step 16: Pour 1 teaspoon of oil or ghee around the dosa and turn the flame on high
Step 17: Cook until it turns golden in color and then flip it with the help of a spoon
Step 18: Cook on the other side as well until golden and serve hot
