Instructions
Cooking Steps
Drain the soaked chana dal and grind it into a coarse paste.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chana dal paste, chopped spinach, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Make small patties or cutlets from the mixture.
Coat the patties with bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the patties in the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Remove from the pan and place them on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
Serve hot.
