Step 1: To begin making the Spicy & Masaledar Aloo Gobi & Beans Tawa Sabzi Recipe, heat a kadai with oil over medium heat
Step 2: Add ginger and garlic, allow it to soften
Step 3: Once done add chopped onions and cook till they turn translucent
Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with little salt and cook until the tomatoes become mushy and soft
Step 5: Once the tomatoes soften, add all the spice powders and saute well
Step 6: Stir in the potatoes, cauliflower and green beans along with salt to taste
Step 7: Sprinkle 1/4 cup of water and cook until the vegetables are cooked through
Step 8: Check for salt and add if required

Step 10: Once done, turn off the heat and stir in the chopped coriander leaves and mix well
