Bottle gourd, elongate, pale green
300 gms (300g)
Plain Water
3 medium cup (750g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Black Pepper
1 tsp (2g)
Cumin seeds
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Preparation
Peel the bottle gourd and cut it into small cubes.
Cooking Steps
Boil the bottle gourd cubes in water with a pinch of salt until they are soft (about 10 minutes). Drain and let them cool.
Transfer the cooled bottle gourd into a blender. Add green chilies, cumin seeds, . Blend until smooth.
Add water gradually to achieve the desired consistency.
Stir in salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
