Black Chickpeas (Raw)

chopped tomato

Instructions
Preparation
Moth Sprouts: Wash and soak moth beans overnight. Drain and tie them in a muslin cloth or keep them in a sprouting jar for 1-2 days until sprouts appear.
Boil Black Chickpeas: Soak dried black chickpeas overnight. Boil them until soft and tender (rinse well).
Cooking Steps
In a steamer add the sprouted moth beans and sauté for 2-3 minutes to slightly soften them.
In large bowl mix boiled black chana (Black chickpea) and steamed moth beans.
Add finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, green chili, and coriander leaves.
Sprinkle cumin powder, chaat masala, black pepper powder, and salt over the mixture.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top and toss everything gently until well combined.
Serve it.
