Instructions
Preparation
Rice should be washed and soaked for 30 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions turn translucent.
Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once the rice is cooked, switch off the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
