0.25 cup, sliced (50g)
Ginger Paste

Instructions
Preparation
-Boil soya chunks in hot water, squeeze excess water.
-In a large bowl, combine boiled soya chunks, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated soya chunks and cook for 8-10 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned and cooked through.
In another pan, heat rest of oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add green and red bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly tender.
Add tomato ketchup and soy sauce. Mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and stir well until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a sizzling plate. Add the cooked soya on top of the vegetables.
Serve hot.
