Preparation
Soften the Soya Granules:
- Soak 30g soya granules in hot water for 5-7 minutes with a pinch of salt.
- Squeeze out the water completely.
- Steam or boil the granules again for 3–5 minutes for added softness. Let them cool.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the softened soya granules.
Add finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder, and chaat masala.
Drizzle lemon juice and add salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve fresh in a bowl.
