Soya flour
0.5 cup (120g)
Skimmed milk paneer (Homemade)
1 cup, crumbled (200g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Chopped Tomato
0.25 cup (50g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (5g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the Soya flour and warm water. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
In another mixing bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin circle to create a flatbread wrap.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the rolled-out flatbread on the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining dough.
Once all the flatbreads are cooked, spoon some of the paneer filling onto each wrap.
Roll the flatbread around the filling, folding in the sides if desired, to create a wrap.
Serve the wraps hot.
