Soya Chaap Tikka
Soya chaap is a high protein vegetarian dish made with soybeans. This recipe is a healthier version of the traditional dish, as it is baked instead of deep-fried. The use of soybeans makes it a good source of plant-based protein, while the spices add flavor and antioxidants.
