Step 1: To start making Shakkarkandi ke Laddu, heat ghee in a non-sticky pan

Step 2: Add mashed sweet potatoes and sauté for 12-15 mins

Step 3: Add grated coconut, green cardamom powder, almonds & cashews, raisins and sugar

Step 4: Mix well over medium heat

Step 5: Keep stirring until the mixture comes together as a single mass

Step 6: Takes about 3-5 minutes

Step 7: When the mixture is still warm, shape them into small balls

Step 8: Put grated coconut in a plate and roll the balls over it
