Preparation
- 1. Boil/pressure cook the sweet potatoes until they are tender. Peel and dice them into small cubes.
Cooking Steps
Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced sweet potatoes and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly crispy.
In a mixing bowl, add the roasted peanuts, chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, chopped green chili, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, and rock salt. Mix well.
Add the sautéed sweet potatoes to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Drizzle lemon juice over the chaat and mix well.
Serve immediately.
