Step 1: To make Senai Kijhangu Varuval recipe, firstly add suran, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt in a bowl

Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan and add suran, cook till it becomes brown and crisp

Step 5: Add curry leaves in this oil and after 15 seconds add the fried suran, mix well and serve
