Instructions
Preparation
Wash the apple thoroughly under running water to remove dirt.
Peel the skin, remove the core, and chop the apple into small chunks for easier cooking.
Cooking Steps
Place the apple chunks in a small saucepan with 2 tbsp of water. Cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes until the apple becomes soft and mushy.
Allow the cooked apple to cool for a few minutes.
Transfer the softened apple to a blender or use a hand blender to blend it into a smooth puree. Alternatively, you can mash it using a fork or a baby food masher.
If the puree is too thick, add a small amount of breastmilk or water to achieve the desired consistency.
Feed it.
