Step 1: To begin making the Savoury Yogurt Parfait Recipe, first whisk together the yogurt with the herbs, cumin, pepper, ginger and salt (or any other seasoning you might want to use)Place half of the chopped vegetables at the bottom of a glass
Step 2: Spread about a tablespoon of the yogurt over it
Step 3: Spread half of the peanuts, chana, sprouts over the yogurt
Step 4: Again spoon over a tablespoon or two of the yogurt
Step 5: Add the popped grains and seeds next
Step 6: Spoon over more yogurt
Step 7: Garnish with sunflower seeds, mint leaves, and sliced radish
Step 8: Repeat this with the rest of the ingredients in another glass
