-Cut tofu into cubes
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add finely chopped onions, garlic. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add the cubed tofu and stir gently.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tofu is lightly browned and coated in the spices.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
