Button mushroom, fresh

Broccoli
1 small cup floret (100g)
Green Bell pepper
0.5 cup, sliced (100g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped

Preparation
-Slice and blanch mushroom and broccoli separately for few minutes.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. add chopped garlic.
Add blanched sliced mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes until they release their moisture and turn golden brown.
Add sliced bell peppers and blanched broccoli florets. Saute for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cook for another 2-5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked to your liking.
Serve hot.
