Preparation
- Cut Fish into thick steak.
Cooking Steps
In a small bowl, mix together cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Rub the spice mix on both sides of the fish steak.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the fish steak and sauté for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
