Preparation
Wash and slice all the vegetables and keep them aside
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together the red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt.
Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat them in the spice mixture.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add the coated tofu cubes to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they turn golden brown and crisp on all sides.
Add the bell peppers and tomato to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
