Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make potato spinach vegetable, first we will cook the eyelid separately
Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan
Step 3: Add the eyelid and salt and cook until the spinach is cooked
Step 4: The water leaves when the eyelid is cooked
Step 5: So cook it on high gas so that the water gets dry
Step 6: After the water dries, turn off the gas and keep the eyelid aside
Step 7: In the same pan heat oil again
Step 8: Add cumin, ginger, onion, and onion till it becomes golden
Step 9: After the onion turns golden, add boiled potatoes, namnamak and let it cook for 2 to 4 minutes
Step 10: Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cinnamon powder, garam masala powder and salt after 2 to 4 minutes
Step 11: Mix well
Step 12: Cook for 4-5 minutes and then add the cooked spinach
Step 13: Cover the pan and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes
