Step 3: Heat a teaspoon of oil in a heavy bottomed pan; add the fennel seeds, ginger and bay leaves
Step 4: Stir fry for a few seconds

Step 6: Next add the yogurt, green chutney and salt
Step 7: Give it a stir
Step 8: Add the Cauliflower into the Chutney Masala and stir well to combine into the masala
Step 9: Once combined, cover the pan and cook until the cauliflower is well cooked
Step 10: This will take about 5 to 8 minutes on medium heat
Step 11: Make sure you keep stirring it intermittently until done
Step 12: Once done, turn off the heat and serve
