1 small cup (100g)
Cumin Powder

Plain Water
0.5 small cup (100g)
Chopped Tomato

Olive Oil

Chopped Green Chilli

Coriander Powder

Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine sattu flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water gradually to the bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Add chopped tomatoes, and green chili to the batter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add a few drops of oil and spread it evenly on the pan.
Pour little batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a thin circle using a ladle.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until it turns golden brown as well.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
