Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, whisk together, soy sauce, oil, lime juice, chopped garlic, ground coriander, ground cumin, turmeric powder, and black pepper.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through and slightly charred.
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, black pepper, and warm water until smooth.
Serve the chicken skewers with the peanut sauce on the side.
