Step 1: To make mustard greens, first wash mustard, spinach and bathua and cook in a cooker with water and salt

Step 2: Cook until 1 city comes

Step 3: Keep the cooker under water and remove the pressure

Step 5: Add these vegetables and puree them or mash them

Step 6: Now heat oil in a pan

Step 7: Add ginger, garlic, onion and green chilies

Step 9: After the onion becomes soft, add green vegetable puree, turmeric powder, lentil powder and cumin powder
