Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making Sandesh Panna Cotta Recipe, grease silicon molds or bowls with flavorless oil and set aside
Step 2: (This recipe made 4 servings)In a bowl add fresh paneer, milk powder, sugar and mix thoroughly until smooth
Step 3: To a saucepan add cream, milk, and saffron
Step 4: Bring this to a gentle simmer and add unflavored gelatin
Step 5: Whisk until gelatin melts
Step 6: Turn off and cool it slightly
Step 7: Sieve the cream gelatin mixture and stir this to the paneer milk powder mix
Step 8: Whisk and combine until everything blends well
Step 9: Pour the panna cotta mixture into silicon moulds and refrigerate for two hours or more until set
Step 10: Later unmold the sandesh panna cotta, garnish with chopped nuts to preference and serve
