Samosa (Air fryer)
Samosas are a popular Indian snack traditionally deep-fried, but in this recipe, we use an air fryer to make them healthier. They are stuffed with a spicy potato filling encased in a crispy pastry shell. This version uses minimal oil while maintaining the classic taste and texture.

Instructions
Preparation
Boil and mash the potatoes.
Prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the filling by heating oil in a pan, adding grated ginger, green chilies, and green peas. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add mashed potatoes, spices, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well and let it cool.
Cooking Steps
Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each ball into an oval shape using a rolling pin.
Cut the oval in half to form two semi-circles. Take one semi-circle and shape it into a cone by overlapping the edges. Seal the edges with a little water.
Fill the cone with 2 tbsp of the potato mixture . Close the top by pinching and sealing the edges.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
Brush the samosas lightly with oil or spray them with cooking spray.
Place the samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry them at 180°C (350°F) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
